RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact.
• Sale items, accessories, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

2. Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Package: Securely repackage the item(s) in their original condition. Include any documentation provided.
4. Ship It Back: Use a traceable shipping method. Note that we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
5. Refund Processed: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Due to the exclusive nature of our inventory, exchanges for the same item may not be possible. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
